We work in concert with your selected Hospice Care company. We will meet with the hospice company to discuss care,medication and mobility protocol.
POST SURGERY

We assist with transportation and mobility in the home and transport to medical appointments. Medication supervision, meal prep, follow-up with PT and OT.
